metal shavings in cylinder head

Hey fellas

Broke a few bolts putting the cam caps on (with a torque wrench) so had to take the engine out of the zx9 and put in four threaded inserts.

Some aluminium swarf got into the cylinder head which I can get out but I'm worried that I'll miss some.

What damage could a fleck of aluminium do?

I want to avoid taking the head off because I only have a 1/4" torque wrench.

Ok, it's not as bad as I thought, can see all the bits so I'll get in there with a cotton bud. Freak out over.

Vacuum cleaner with a spark plug hole tube taped in....suck em out
