heya..
been a long time fan of the Fighter style and since moving to Aus (2001) i've not had the time but i just picked up a 96 gsxr 750 thats just ripe for my grinder and welder :o)
Is the carbi model but i have a full wiring loom and rails etc off a slightly later injection model so that i can convert it over so that once the bikes all back together and running i can fit the custom made manifold and the turbo i have sitting in a box...
I am just at the stage of working out just what i need to do the job, what ecu's etc
i am sure i will be here a lot asking questions and chasing parts, the best places to get stuff and just about anything that can help me in this quest as this is my first attempt at a turbo's bike...
heres to the build!

this is now i collected her
96 model carbi model but i have a full wiring loom rail, cam and bits needed to swop it over to injection as i'm planing to turbo it..
what i am thinking i am going to do it get it all up and running as a injection model and when i have made sure its all good then do the turbo conversion....
i have a plan in my head for how i want it to look so fingers crossed i can get it to where i envision it
plenty of pic to cover the build..... i am hoping to have it done in the next 6 months as i my current bike(RF900) is being brought by a mate and he will be collecting in roughly 6 months, this way im not bikeless :o)

Microns are gone, they were for a R1 but where the tail section has been cut down by nearly 10cm they sat to far back and i don't like they way it was so they are no longer in the plan.... not to sure what i am going to instead but i'll worry about it down the track a bit...

The RF looks interesting.
i'm one of them to so shouldn't be an issue :) Most of us on ASF are ;)
