Hey all does anyone know of anywhere in Auz that will re produce an ADR tag?

If you are going to jump on board and tell me, it cant be done and its not allowed I DONT CARE!!!

its my bike, i own it, the numbers all match and i want a new tag, if it's an exact replica and only i know it has been changed whats the harm.

i have heard there is a place in QLD but i dont know where, if anyone does please let me know.

Lol....seeing as the cops are now using tape measures to check bars are no more than 900mm width I'm guessing they will know a fake.......and then may the gods help you.....

Getting caught will mean saying by by to your bike possably forever , at the least you'll get it back in pieces (stripped compleatly to look for stolen bits). After a lengthy court case , a good lawyer and $10,000 in legal costs you will prob get it back if you can prove 100% its all yours (this means original recepts for all bits)

I KNOW THIS , due to the bloke up the road having a small issue with a Vc com brock (i think) did it all up himself from bits scraped up looked mint. Took it out in shep all legit cops pulled him over (local car show weekend , big mistake taking it out then) One copper (highway patrol and epa were everywhere) Something about I'd tag didnt look right didnt get whole story.

In the end they confiscated it towed it away, took him 18 months and a shit load of time and money to get it back over what turned up to be a dint in the firewall (in a nutshell).

So a iffy ID plate would get you a right ass ripping, going into a vic roads and asking if a new plate can be made will prob get you some real funny looks.

Why a new plate anyhow , your frame came with one and it wasnt real bashed about from memory.

Do you have matching numbers as manufactured?
Do you have registration history?
Do you have receipts and proof of ownership?
Talk to QLD TMR ?

As Red mentioned it is certainly not something you would want to mess around with, Obviously someone does though>
