Need help with engilsh to german translation

Last night I won an item on ebay, but it's in Austria and I need to contact the seller, there has been no response from the email I sent in English so I thought I'd try again in German.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

pretty sure the ebay site translates messages automatically, when I got a message from a seller in germany it had the english translation below his german answer.
