Nah, need to get my lathe sorted before I get stuck into any of those shenanigans.
I'll be interested in what u do, it's the one thing I can't stand about the air cooled motors

It's one those things that's just nice to have around. I've got a GSX 1100 ez that will someday get the upgrades, I don't think the 750 is worth changing to much.

And if you want to go hard core Tony it's only 1100's. But that's just my opinion.

Just got import approval for my braced frame.
Now I've only got to decide how wide my boots need to be, which leads into whether I run a braced stock front or 1400 front and whether I run the McIntosh arm. Then I have to decide whether I run 6 piston brakes or AP Lockheed period calipers/stock or aftermarket dash/colour etc etc.

I can tell you right now that Period AP Lockheeds don't go anywhere near fitting with stock discs and wire wheels - even with the discs spaced all the way out till they basically touch the fork legs there's not enough clearance. When I finally get around to it, I'm going to go to 310mm discs to try to fit them... might wind up having to knock up a wider set of triples to make it work.

Oh, mines up and running, and has about 1500km on the new motor - about 1000 of which was done a couple of weekends ago on a trip to tenterfield...
Need to sort out some better rear shocks now.
Anyone else got any updates?
