GSXR1100 USD forks

Hi All I need to replace the stanchions on my forks. I have found some cheapish new replacements on fleabay, but need to remove the calliper carriers.Can anyone tell me how to remove the calliper carriers from a set of USD forks from a 95 GSXR1100

Some have a grub screw however some of the later ones do not,
Place the carrier in a vice with soft jaws so as not to mark them, you will notice in the top of the stanchion a hole that runs through, use a big Phillips crew driver as a handle like a T bar.
Apply some heat to the carrier and unscrew the stanchion anti clock wise.
