hey fella's

so ive got a few jobs offered to me and now im trying to figure out what to take!

1/ bike parts sales rep - on the road/away from home, moneys ok-ish, car included, Mmmm discount parts!

2/ bike sales - close to where i'll live, money is closer to what im on now, mmm cheap trade-in's/RWC's etc

3/ Car Sales - what im doing now money is great, no bikes......not too high on my list!

input and thoughts would be great.

Personally I'd chose 3, 2, 1 in that order.
Dealing with the dick heads in the bike trade and
joe average motorcyclist would give me the shits
and bikes are a limited less stable market than cars.
Working in a bike shop has no appeal to me.

Go for the money mate. Money gives you choice. Most people become fed up with what they do for a living so go for the job that pays most and has most benefits attached. As I work in public health I dream about jobs that pay well :)

Worked in Bike Sales for a while and loved the shit out of it. Got to play with some good stuff, discounts, free passes to Moto GP and WSBK at the Island but then it dawned on me that while I was putting riders on bikes, I was working Saturdays and not riding !!!

I wouldn't work in a showroom again as long as my arse faces South ! Take the job on the road selling parts would be my advice.
