Er32 goes to 20mm. Never had a need for anything bigger.
Mine came with a 10inch rotary table and another plate to take it to 16inch. The extra plate has made it very handy.
Also got a koroda boring facing head and that has also proven very handy

Im going for the er40 because I prob will make a fly cutter boring bar out of some 25mm pg bar and i have some bigger than 20mm cutters but your right tring to use over 20mm in say a slot drill can be a pain.
Bet you where more than happy getting the boring head and rotary table very very usefull indead(sloted cam gears and over size sleves come to mind and thats just the motor lol)
and davo you like playing with deano's small hard figurines in the dark I take it :-)
