I have seen skateboard wheels used to great effect for the mentioned purpose Jules, plus they come in all kinds of sparkly colours....

Just swap out ALL the fasteners for 12.9 Cap screws and you should be good.

i used to make these for the sv crowd
used acetyl/delrin for the nylon bit and 12.9 bolts
with the longer knobs the bolts will still bend which should absorb impact

i depends what u are trying to do. the sv ones i made were long to stop tank dents
but really if u have a steel tank or a modern bike with the actual fuel tank less exposed i would go shorter to just b wide enough to save the radiotoe, then u can still get home
extra armour on engine cases plus rigid pegs and axle slides good idea too imo

That's not a bad idea Fimp. I can get Delrin through work as I think they were just talking about it today for some soft seats. We usually used Devlon, but Delrin should be better.

Where did you get the cheap ones Pete? So we know where to avoid?

There is a difference between cheap (pete's) & overly priced (Oggy), Hopefully I have found in between

I have a set of swingarm spools / sliders from TSR>
Website seems to be playing up?

Have not tested them out yet glady but they seem like good quality (Delrin as mentioned above) & there is other goodies they sell that you's may be interested in too, Good prices & fast service anyway

All the history, Purchases & items sold etc should all be in your emails, They send an email every time you (fart) win something or pay etc etc, You should be able to search through emails using words like frame slider etc, Depending on your email account/setup?

Or your feedback received/left too is a good place to look

They're usually more there for low speed / hit while parked, etc..

But with full insurance I do get what you mean

They were never ment to save you in anything over a 30kph stack.
BUT when you live in the city and some cunt knocks your bike over and legs it at least you can ride home without the dramas of a cracked case and a tow.
