View Full Version : SRAD 6in wheel into Slingshot?

The slingshot rear axle is alot smaller in diameter than the SRAD version. Can you buy bearings with the outer dimensions of the SRAD swingarm with the internal dimensions of the slingshot axle? Or do you sleeve the axle out to suit the SRAD bearings? Id prefer to use the first option. Also i cant use the SRAD axle due to the unique 12in extensions im using. Has anyone done this swap?

try hitting up the bearing shops around and giving them the size requirements.. they mite be able to help u out..

Thruan and Reg: Deano is a bearing Guru from Seaford (where some bloke went missing after a swim off the pier last night - maybe wearing a Frankston Bearing T-shirt), he's taking the piss. He can get hold of virtually any bearings you need.

Why not make up some spacers that will sit in the adjuster slots would that work?
