This won't be a great build thread as some of the others on here, just somewhere to show off the work I'll do to my bike over time.

Bout the bike Sept last year after a couple of years without a bike.

Its an '07 Honda Hornet 900, bought it stock and will slowly do a few modifications to change the looks of it.

When I first got it -

I removed the gear rack, fitted LED indicators to the front and replace the taillight with an LED integrated brake/indicator unit -

Removed the "Hornet 900" stickers from the tail and put a bit of 'sting' on the tail -

And just today I fitted a set a 7/8" mx bars. Huge difference!

Welcome mate. I used to own a Hornet 600 about 8 years ago, was a great little bike.

A website that I had found usefull back then was the Hornet's Nest. I know it's still going but have no idea how active it is or isn't. Website is > http://www.hondahornet.co.uk/

Welcome in shum. Nice lookin bikes, those hornets are. A nice little digital gauge would look great on there compared to the standard clocks. Have you got a pic of the integrated rear light?

It's not parked.

It's been left in readiness to repel the nippon hordes like all the other stuff in parks and RSLs around the country.

You'll have some work to get the old Leopard tanks moving I put concreat in the bores of those great motors before they went out of pucka, and Brodie welded the fuck outa the breech .
