His feedback wont reflect his buying history (he may have none or he might have 2 non payment strikes already & one more would have him booted, I think it is 3 within one year?) As I mentioned in your other thread as a buyer he cant be left neg feedback for purchases only negative comments in positive feedback, Ebay says you are not meant to do this but I have left neg comments saying a buyer refused to reply to messages or pay & mention NEG in the positive feedback, If he does not come good with his end of the deal & sort out payment/pickup?

Yeah that is true Tony , Someone who has lots of good feedback is generally a good sign but they still may have stuffed people around as a buyer & it does not show that in their feedback because usually an unpaid item strike is given then all the feedback for that transaction is stopped, I have learnt to leave a neg comment in their positive feedback for a buyer who does not pay then go ahead & close the unpaid item dispute & they get the unpaid item strike & a neg comment atleast in their feedback rather than nothing
