A mate of mine in the UK just got one as well and asked me the same question. It seems the aftermarket guys didn't make anything for the Fazer. Looks like it's going to be a new subby for the back and as always, try something like an R1 front for size (go and measure one up) and if it looks like it will go see how much work ir will need to get your stem into the bottom yoke. If it's the right length and will fit, you're onto a winner. You'll have to be the pioneer mate as the Fazer was never a popular build base. Let us know what you work out.

I reckon those old Fazers are ripper bikes, but not many fightered...
But, if you put in the effort, you can get a ripper result... like this! :)

hello all, here's my fazer, and me on it! after looking at that lush yellow one the rear of mine looks decidely bloated and crap, but as Gix11 will tell you I'm retarded when it comes to mechanical/engineering type shit!

i might be painting it matt black though, you know, to be original and all...

Aha, so the Dog really has landed. Fuck me, it's only taken you 10 years. Bella. See that yellow one? Get in the shed.

Let me introduce Dogger everyone. This is the only guy I know who has a tool kit that consists of a pair of pliers and a spoon. Listen well daniel san, we shall show you the way.

You missed a photo from the collection Dogger, my favourite one:
