Hey guys just got hold of a klr250 its had a recent bottom end rebuild.
anyway was riding it today it noticed the temp was just about maxed out,,
couldnt notice any difference in performance so pulled over and theres
water comming out the over flow which comes out the ass end under the gaurd.
still starts easy as when hot checked the oil dosnt seem to be and whiteness
in there but i did find a leaking radiator hose so replaced that but still the same.
stays cool for the first 5-10mins of riding then starts heating up and pissing??

Do yous think Head gasket??

take the rad cap off and look for air bubbles while its running if there is bubbles then your head gasket is most likely fucked

Was it professionally rebuilt ? If I remember correctly we had a few come through the shop with dodgy waterpumps and waterpump issues.

Might pay to check if the cooling system has been bled properly, it's been a while (like 7ish years) but I seem to remember a bleed screw on the water pump housing.

Check the thermostat while you're at it. If it's fucked the motor will boil.
