Sorry but I can't condone or support this irresponsible behaviour. Obviously no prior risk assessment was carried out and there is significant health and safety issues being disregarded hear, not least of which:
reduced oxygen levels,
increased noise levels ,
disturbing the piece and not to mention environmental pollution.
I did not see any noise meters in operation so that an official could curtail this folley when excessive noise levels were breached. Harumph.
