Living in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney im constantly assulted by the cafe set and there fucking fads. So I find it quite fun to show them how fucking slow and usless they really are.
The latest fad is the new Ducati Hypermotard, now this is fine as the bike is a weapon in the right hands. (Though i found the weight to be way to low slung for the type of work that youd want to do on it.)

So in order to counteract the new fad here i took my pretty clapped out CRM250 and totally redid it. Paint wheels wiring and some body work.

Im running GPR70's on 17 inch XR motard rims with the tail and bilkers and light and hugger from my smashed Monster.

Now to go hunting...

Cheap n easy option is look for DRZ400SM rims. You can lace them to your hubs, or use the whole shebang.

appo, here's my current ride. I'll probably be selling the wheels and kit once I get my R1 on the road (hopefully in a few months).http://www.streetfighters.com.au/forum/upload/570368463156582.JPG

It's loads of fun, especially wheelies! :D
I do too many K's to and from work on it and really need something bigger. I want to restore it for the dirt so I can go for a quick squirt when I feel like it without having to change-over the bits.

I went the whole hog on it - much smaller rear sprocket with chain, Excel rims on Talon hubs, front brake caliper adapter, front guard and alloy rear rack. Also went up 1 size mainjet just to look after the engine valves while cruising at high revs.
Could do with a 4-pot front calliper for easier stoppies.

It'll still get the front wheel up in 2nd gear. :D

Cheap thrills... Hence building it. To make a bike like that cost F%*K all and when you add in rego and things its a play bike that doesnt kill the pocket.

Im not riding as much as i used to anymore as work aint far enough away bother. So after selling the GPZ I stick this togeather for pennies.

Not including the bike i havent even spent $500 to make it...
