Anyone know this Kwaka fighter??

Ok, looking for some info on this Kwaka. Need to find out what the wheels are off as a guy needs some parts for it but bought it as is and has no info about the build. Has anyone here seen it before and know it's history? From what I was told was that the wheels were changed, but no idea what they are off.
