Can anyone tell me the diameter of the EXUP valve on a 04/05 CBR1000 or 06-07 R6. then has anyone got one with the servo motor that they want to sell or give away.

Why not just get rid of it. Most people over here disconnect the cables and jam it wide open. I would fit a bypass piece without the valve in.

Mostly quiets motor on overrun below 5 to 6 k rpm great to pass ADR's crap for pritty much anything else. If you dont need it for a roadworthy delete it.

I want to put one in. The bike is loud as fuck and I keep attracting the wrong kind of attention, and it rattles my brain when cruising on the freeway. I want to add it and have my ecu control it with tps rpm or load so it's quite around town but when you want to crack it, it's full flowing. I made some baffles for the pipe but it's too restrictive and laggie on boost.
