Guys, I have a K4 Gixxer ad the engine is being fully rebuilt due to the previous owner running it out of oil. I'm looking for a full kit of gaskets and seals so that I can re-assemble the engine. Any idea's on where to go to buy from apart from Suzuki directly?

I found this, just wondering if they will post to Oz as well as include all the seals as well. Is this a good price?

Did you want to avoid Suzuki due to price, or another reason?

Due to price mainly I would say.

I did call Mick Hone today though for a price and the Gasket kit isn't badly priced, however the valve stem seals cost a bomb @ $145. Gonna see if I can get them elsewhere. 80's Freak also suggested Cometic, however they don't do a full gasket kit apparently (called and asked)

Get yourself a Cometic bottom end gasket set, then buy genuine Suzuki valve stem seals, and a Cometic headgasket and basegasket, or genuine suzuki head and base gaskets. Don't buy cheap valve stem seals as they won't last, and you'll be replacing them with genuine in a couple of months anyway.
I build a lot of engines for people, and I will only use Cometic gaskets or Genuine, along with Wiseco MLS headgaskets. Stem seals are always genuine items or aometime APE race parts do them for some bikes.
If you skimp on the gaskets and stem seals it will only come round and bite you on the arse later. cometic or genuine may be more expensive, but that is because they are usually far better made than the cheap sets available from shitebay etc.
Suzuki stem seals are the best to use, although some Kawasaki and Yamaha use exactly the same size stem seals and are sometimes a little bit cheaper. From memory one of the Yamaha FZR1000 models is the same as the oilcooled GSXR/Bandit seals, but as I can't remember what diameter valve stems are used on the GSXR1000 K series motors I can't tell you what others are the same.
