looking good, in my opinion the only thing that is really letting it down is the headlight,
i actually think you'd be better with a single headlight and a small cowl, over that type of light,
just my opinion of course,

i would start with the head light,
just get one of a old cb or bandit or gs500 or a million other old bikes, :D
and either buy a cowl for it or make one out of a peice of perspex from a glass supplier, (smith and smith ect)
and then soften the perspex over a bar element and then bend the curve, then cut to shape :D

i m not sure what the laws in oz are reguarding mirrors, i personally would ditch them (who actually can see out of bike mirrors any way :D)
or if you have to have a mirror, mount it to the fairing surport on the side of the frame 9where you have the crash bung)
tail should be a matter of just cutting, a wee bit of fibre glassing and some nice cheap led rear brake/tail light.
i would get some tiny indicators and mount them to the fairing

or you could just tell me to shut my gob, and go for a ride instead :D

The can you could chop at that join there and then hang it from the rider's foot peg instead of the pillion peg, then you could loose the pillion peg which would show more of the wheel and look into trimming the body work. You would then need a new undertray but that's up to you how you want that to look. For now I'd just loose the remains of the mudguard and make a new plate and indicator hanger from ali just to clean it up. Still great work for your first bike mate, let alone your first Streetfighter.

my 12r was orange with flames 2 years ago... but your flames were real... ;) and mine wasn't a Honda
