ok guys last year i took a supply of magnesium tablets with me to ,nfr , i handed out a few ,Magoo and Spiro loved them no more pain after the day in the saddle ,so if your riding to nfr ,bring a few magnesium tablets for yourself ,there able to be bought at woolies for around $20 per 100 ,keep this in mind as no more cramps.

Upper leg cramps, thighs etc (not ya fuckin cock Pete) can usually be traced back to the sciatic nerve playing up....

Settle down I don't know when I'm gonna even finish my first build, unless you include pulling shit apart (which I'm really good at, bad at putting it back together again) I haven't really done anything.

I can imagine you are sick of it Pete, 100% I can and i for one have defended you on more than one occasion i dont need to stand on a soap box to do it. But you are your own worst enemy

I put up a post with very subtle reference to something that you me whacky and a couple of others knew about hoping you might pull your head in, and i see youve since removed. Now dont make a scene and move on would be my advice

Fuck me Pete you must have the best running busa on the planet, 899 km without a break no fuel stops nothing. Fuck time I bought one of those just for the fuel economy ! Personally I only get about 200 before I look for another fuel stop have a stretch scratch piss and ride on , cramps drink a little more water.

Faired Busa. Speed limit. Highway.
Close to 400k's. Bored to F#cking death.

I get cramps if I don't ride often.
Bad weather, busy at work.
Too long off the bike and I'm f#cked
1st time I ride.

cramps drink a little more water.

False, water alone is not good for you.

You need electrolytes to keep your salts up.

A couple of these in a bladder is BAMM
