Can anyone recommend Paint for a Shoei Helmet (XR1000)?

Just wondering what would be the best Paint to use on a Shoei Helmet?
What type of paint?
What brand?
What clearcoat?
Best place to buy the above from?

2 pak paint is the best ,but you must find out if the co-posit that the helmet is made from an be painted ,as this may affect the strenght of the materail

I saw on a forum somewhere a reply from Shoei US they suggested a pro do it, but they said enamel acrylic is what they recommend.
What would you say about that Pete?
I've never painted anything, maybe a picture or 2.

Finally got sick of internet research and ordered a helmet painting DVD, so hopefully that will help get me on the right track.
Some of the stuff I read was people using aerosol cans, using hi temp cans... Some really rough shit.
