I go every year mate but usually just on race day, few of the other blokes camp at the track for the weekend.

phillip island... we are flying from perth the melbourne then 5 days at the island.. and 2 in melbourne..
is the SBK as big as the GP?? anyway im gonna definetly be there... we even got pit lane passes!!!

I'll be there camping at the track,I prefer the Super's ,it's a bit more laid back and you can ride around to your favourite vantage point sans helmet with an esky strapped to the back and you dont have to cue for a piss or a kebab.[8D]

Beats the gp, fuck all prams and you can ride your bike anywhere the camping is less packed ...Its a bit more bike rider orientated and I have never been searched at the supers or had my grog taken off me ...Then again would you stop a pack of bike riders on bikes at the camp gate if you where a rent a security guard..
Its a top weekend the brother hood and all that.

At least half a dozen of us so far Abel, this year we're doin it in style, camping either Trackside or Highside (TBA) with Vans, BBQs, Eskys, invertors/gensets, TV, DVD, stereo, couches, firewood.... oh yeah, AND MOTORCYCLES [:p] Best of ALL worlds. [^]
If you're flying over, make sure you hire or borrow a bike in Melb. because the best part of the Supers is you can ride anywhere around the circuit you want instead of having to walk miles every day from the best vantage point (Siberia) to the campground to refill the eskys/twist one up & back again.
Better bring your drinking hat, we hit it pretty hard on Fridy & Satdy. ;)

I agree the atmosphere at the supers is better I think its because everyone can ride around its more the motorcyclists who tend to go:D
