CF Busa Bit

Made this up out of carbon fibre yesterday, im pretty pleased with it. Im a Composites Tech who normally builds boats and with fibreglass but CF is bloody nice to work with. The yellowish marks on it are from the flash

Just layed it up, backed the CF up with 2oz glass but doing another right now using a vac bag.

i was talking too a guy the other day about my tail piece - he didn't want to do it (slack cunt) but he was saying some guys down the coast are doing CF for cheaper then glass these days... Is that right mate?

Cheaper than glass? I doubt it. I get my CF at the best possible price i think, and its still 40x more expensive than fibreglass, and i get trade price. But if its true get him to do yours by all means and let me know his details and he can do mine too. ;)
