Done a little more work to her, figured out the issue with all the lighting and switches, so i got to work on LED light replacements ;)

This is after i finally removed those two indicators off the front, and wired up the LED's in the mirrors:

And this is after i removed that god awful rear assembly and replaced it all with these bad boys:

I went out for a ride to the spit afterward and a guy wanted to take a picture. I'm hoping it was more so a mutual love thing rather than a "i'm going to track you down and steal your baby" type thing =/

That plate angle is asking for trouble mate, cops love to pick on shit like that........

Really? I was a little weary of it too but i rode in front of a couple of cops and they didn't seem to mind
But i guess there are just some cops that will pick on it, i might just cut it down and mount the plate on a couple of brackets

I've been lucky as far as my plate angle goes, but I'm waiting for the day I get pinched.....

I had a look at the qld transport last night and apparently it's fine if it's readable from 20 metres back, and up to a 45 degree angle on each side, so it might be okay

Possibly but all it takes is one cop who missed out on his morning donut and he'll pull you on the suspicion your plate is wrong and that gives him a chance to look at the rest of your bike......

These photos don't really do it much justice, it looks a lot better up close, and one i get the motard wheels and new exhaust because i hate that massive bitch on that it has on there :(
but yeah ride29er i'll pretty much just be sticking to the road with it, thanks for the tip, i'll check them out :)
