View Full Version : Opinions needed for Triple Clamp design

Guys, looking for ideas on the design of my Triples. Below are 3 options that I am thinking of for the Top Clamp.

I'm undecided on where to place the pinch bolts:

front looks tougher with lots of chunky m8 ss caps

but really one m8/side at the back, as long as it doesnt hit tank at full-lock

Cheers boys. I'll check what clearance i have for the tank and then I'll take it from there. I like the look of the M8 Cap screws, nice and big, but standard they only come with 1 M8 bolt on top and 2 M8 on the bottom.

I might look into using 2 M6 on top and 4 M6 on the bottom so that I don't need to go for a great big slab of alloy. I love the look of it, but don't want to put unnecassary weight on it.
