Nope , cartoon ? Or puter game ? Energy density is the problem. If you want to move a car like weight at good rate of knots it takes say 100 kw , now double the weight and make it capable of high speed vector changes. The power needed increases at a stupid rate, even if we could build a unit that had all the do dads n capabilitys of the cartoon mech's we couldn't supply the power needed.
