Speedway style; no brakes?Looks to have a linkage to the rear wheel, so I'd say rear brakes only.....

To be legal a bike must have two forms of brake (i think) , I've seen a rear drum spoked wheel with a disk on the same rear to provide 2 brakes both opperated by separate brake foot leavers (not to sure how legal that was) Also seen small drum front brake off a 80cc dirt bike looked to be about 80mm in diam at hub spoke holes with a hidden cable down springer tube. Might not stop you fast but at least it will slow you down.

It's rear brakes only, the rear hub is a front hub modded to take a sprocket.

I haven't looked into it yet, but i'd love to hear what's involved in getting reg on a custom frame.
Azrael?
Pommy?

Custom frames all fall under ICV regs (independently constructed vehicle) and must adhere to the ADR's specific to the year model of the engine being used. Its pretty simple shit, most you guys wouldve been subjected to adr compliances for regos anyway, only difference with custom frames is an engineers report and weld inspections.
Im helping a mate get a west coast choppers cfl frame up to adr at the moment, he took it to a chopper shop locally and they mig welded shit all over it. The whole lot had to be cut off and i tig'd it up to spec.
Hes comin over sunday to finish the fabrication ill ask him if i can get a copy of the paperwork to give you guys an idea of what u gotta go through.
I have copies of the adrs and shit if u need em

I'd like to see the paper work if you can get them.
I had a look at the RTA site for the rules and the info is so basic.
lights, tick you're good to go...

fuckers

Well he's got a plate and rear light, it's the USA so the rules are different.
