I've had a look but can't seem to find anywhere in Aus that sells titanium o2 sensor bungs.
Anyone got a lead?

Yeah maybe I should look through the skyline forums.
I've seen the ones from the US but postage is taking way too long lately from there, besides you'd think someone would have them.

Swagelok have a pretty comprehensive range of fittings in ss and ti, i highly recommend their stuff, ive build Autoclaves (mining not tattoo) with their Ti fitting and they are second to none.

Cheers ALBI, Azrael.
I looked at swagelok couldn't find anything suitable. Emailed them with specs and picture for reference they said they didn't have anything that would do the job.
End of the day I suppose a Ti nut will do the same job. But something curved would be better.
Maybe I'll order some Bazzaz Titanium bungs, if anyone else is interested let me know probably be in the $40-$50 range.

Also asked on a Skyline forum, one guy suggested tapping some ti, that was about the only suggestion, looking on ebay getting the ti to tap in the first place isn't very economical then you have the joy of working with it... No experience personally but from what I've read/heard it can be a pain in the arse.

it isnt that hard to work with mate you just need to keep speeds down when drilling/cutting cos as soon as it gets hot you will have trouble

to cut/machine treat it just like high grade stainless steel.
