Thats what I thought, it came with my GSXR race bike when

If it's Yoshi kit it won't be on the fiche.

It's not a mod for the airbox itself is it? Maybe open the box up for better breathing?

Sorry Large I should have put some dimensions up,
Too small for that , it does look like it fits into
something already existing on the bike i'm guessing
airbox area but it could be anything.

It looks the same shape as the air box and has the same mouth as the back of the filter loading area as my Gixer. I have a K&N air filter in my standard air box and it needed a new cover mod at the mouth area to accomoadte it (which was shonkied in) - Is this a factory produced mod from Yoshi? If not the heat shield idea seems a good one, but how the frig would that fit?
