do radial brakes require a different master cylinder?

i had 06 gix600 front end on my sv with stock mc and there was no problems at all!

Perfect example:

Gen2 Busa's and B-Kings both have radial calipers.

B-King has a radial master cylinder.

Busa DOESN'T have a radial master cylinder.
