Any of you lot in Sydney interested in hitting up the trails in the near future. Ain't got anyone to ride with ATM and keen to get into it again. Thinking of manly dam and the mountains ect

Yeah but when I get the all clear im gonna have to excercise. Ive got pretty bad muscle atrophy so I've lost alot of muscle mass in my right leg.
