I had started building 2 trailers (one for me and one for a mate who then moved to WA). I finished mine off into a bike / box trailer with a removable front tailgate.
I now have for sale the other (almost complete) in bits. The chassis is complete and is made out of 50 x 25mm RHS with a 50 x 50mm RHS draw-bar. The suspension mounts have already been welded on. All welding has been done by a ticketed welder (guy who moved over to WA).
Also included is the below:
1 x sheet of 3mm thick chequered plate to use as a base for the trailer
1 set of leaf springs (rated to 1 ton)
U-bolts and plates (to mount springs)
1 complete solid square axle with Holden pattern hubs (complete and assembled)
Set of tail lights
7 pin round electrical connection
1 set of wheel guards with rounded edges
1 x coupling
bolts and nuts
Number plate light
Compliance plate
I also have a full sheet (1.2mm thick) if I recall to make the sides out of if you want. I will include this in if it sells to someone on the forum.
The parts alone (incl the RHS) are worth more than the Buy it Now price.
So the starting bid is a steal.
I'd rather someone buy it though rather then it sitting there for a while as I have too many other projects on the go.
