Anyone recommend anywhere here in Adelaide area for dyno work.

I think they been going for about a year, one the blokes there is Jim Hanlon who was Hanlon Race Engines in Waymouth Street a few years back.

Right then thought I would set it up the old fashioned way plug chops and mechanically balanced the carbs and hey presto the front wheel is now reconnected to the throttle again[8D].

oh happy days are back again:D

With the mods I've done to my bike the base run showed a max power figure of 105.74 hp and max torque of 65.70 ft-lbs,after a remap I ended up with a massive wait for it 107.68hp and torque was up to 67.03ft-lbs.I've only been on a short ride but it does feel a bit smoother through the rev range .And I believe a stock standard SV makes around 103 hp.

Go and visit Neville Lush just to talk about the Kwaka triple days. He may even still have some nice bits under the counter.

Its not uncommon for people to lose power when they mod their bikes so just because you gained only 2hp dont be [V].. Have you got a print out of the dyno run's?

I think I was being over optimistic and expecting a higher figure ,you know seat of the pants type thing.I'll try and post a pic of the print out Latheboy.

When you get a dyno run guys asked them to display the AFR(Air Fuel Ratio), It's nice to see the HP and Torque but the AFR is more important ...
That looks like a good there sickboy nice power curve

No worries mate I'm headin back to Adelaide on thursday so I might drop in on them again maybe see if they will give me chart with the revs on instead of kph and the afr.
