Don't know about the S&R intercoolers, The motorcycle Xpress intercoolers fit some have notching for wheel clearance and a couple of dents for the forks, common practice is to cut the front guard ~1/2 way to the brakeline support holes, push the radiator back a little.and use a 60 series tire.

Hey Booster , do you use the spare RAM air tube to blow through that ?

Yep, that and some air from above the radiator , its not the most efficant system but better than nothing, and good for me in the country .
I had water injection before , it works better than that did, and i did some logging when i first fitted a smaller version, the temps were not scaled but there was a definite difference before and after from 60kph( that was after intentionaly heatsoaking the core idling till the fan came on)

Broken collar bone , thats gotta slow you down some.. don't work it too hard or healing will take longer, Mate of mine had to get his screwed together after a couple of months as he never let it mend properly.
How are you deraking the tripples? off set bushing on the pin ?
In trying to get those pics up i edited out "this is how i get my intercooler to fit"
looks a bit random just stuck in there ..

Oz it will fit your bike like its made for it ;)

Yep... ive been on the lounge for 3 full days.... broke it 1 month ago.... still not joined..... had something to do with the head gasket thing....

Short term,I put standard triples back on with a mod for my drag bars... cause Ive got other plans for the engine......

I will sell the 5 deg SandR pair, they are very very nice......

I am also about to attempt mounting a little dash unit....if it works I might sell my orig 340km/h dash, very cool for the busa nut jobs out there...
