Okay figure I might as well start a thread here detailing my progress or lack there of.

Bike is a 02 build 03 compliance ZRX-1200S

So I've searched all over the place looking for donor lights new or used, but can't find anything that I truly like and that has comparable light output to the oem setup.
In the past I've managed to hit on seperate occasions 3 different roos over a 6 month period so I like me light, if I could fit one of those chopper lights on the front I'd be a happy man.
Also I found this youtube video which inspired me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2C_GSJx2VJA&feature=share

A (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2C_GSJx2VJA&feature=share)nyway not a lot happening atm but I'm collecting a few bits and pieces in anticipation of moving at the end of the month from the unit where we live which has no garage or carport to a house with 2 2 car garages  so I can finally get started and also bring over my old DR-650 for some fun.

And here's a photo or 2 of what I've collected so far

I don't expect to be building some one off piece of art like some of you guys I'm just not that skilled so a lot of stuff is probably going to be purchased etc but I want to have a go at it a bit at least.

So it's gonna be a proper fighter.

Not sure about the front want to keep it as minimalist as possible small digital dash and lights.

Back is going to be the hard part, tail needs to come in a bit. Maybe a different tail.

Would like to get some ZX14 wheels for it :D maybe I can find a pair.

Feels like a trail bike sitting on it now.

Anyway early days.
