Top yoke dimensions

The front end on my bike is a Ducati 900SS, from I think about a 2000 model. I've drilled the top yoke and have Renthal risers with alloy blocks for spacers so the 'bars clear the forks. It works fine, but isnt a good looking set up.
Im wondering if I can swap the top yoke for a Monster top yoke because they already have risers or are drilled/tapped for them. Most of the pics i've seen of Monsters show that they have the same or similar forks to mine, but I dont know about the diameter, spacing or stem offset.
Does anyone know if there is a list or chart showing the dimensions of different models so I can check if any are compatable?
