Hi everyone, the name is Kade, I have recently bought myself a kawasaki gpz750 (I havent seen many of them get fightered....but then again I havent had a real good look around on this site yet), and I was wondering If by any chance anyone here could point me in the right direction for getting a good tail end for it as the current one looks like......well looks like someone stuck lego on the back of the bike.

Cheers Kade

welcome mate.

Just find a tail that you like off another bike, buy it on ebay and make it fit!

Welcome Kade, Have a look at some GPZ Fighters in here..

http://www.streetfighters.com.au/forum/showthread.php?10424-Kawasaki-GPZ-s

Some of the pics on PG1 are failing but we're working on that, but should give you some good inspiration..

I personally would keep the standard tail as they look so cool depending on your model.. But that's just my opinion..

could be a list of things , from no fuel/to much dodgie coils/leads/sparkplugs to ignitor block is fucked. If its been sitting a long time with stale fuel in it , prob blocked main jets. Pull the carbs apart and clean along with a service of fluids and filters would be a good first step.

do you know where i can get an air filter for each individual carb?

ebay is prob the easyest . Have a look around the site you'll find most answers to your questions and prob a few you havent thought of yet.

If your planning on fitting "pods" as most indevidual filters are called , you will need to retune the carbs replacing main jet possably neadle , also idle jet may need changing . Not an easy thing to get right without experiance and or tuning equipment like a wide band oxygen sensor. Better to get it running right as from factory first then mess with things like pods. Otherwise you could end up chasing your own tail trying to sort issues for a long time with mods to the bike.

Gpz750.

Is that the classic boxy Eddie Lawson Rep shape ?
or the pointy more like the 750 turbo shape ?
or the small bore Gpz900R "750" ?

There were a few Gpz750's.
