Bikecraft - first live custom bike build at MotoGP 2007
Bikecraft were commissioned to do a live bike build at MotoGP 07, we used a GSXR1000 K6, fitted a single sided 240 rear tyre conversion and other custom billet parts, here's some pics... we also had the CBR954 Streetfighter on display..
check the snoozer in the second pic - think I might be looking for a new mechanic!

Hey bikecraft, what's the john dory on the blade mufflers and exhaust system ?
Do you sell them seperately or do you sell them as a set ?
I have a K1 Gixer thou that might be able to use something like that, but what's up with the header pipes? are they made with the extra length because of the short exhuast system maybe ?

And just out of interest, how much is that rear swinger for the 240 ?

bikecraft: hey mate i am working on a 954 fighter myself at the moment, could you email me a few detail pics to marc.archer1@defence.gov.au so i can have a look at how to pull a fe things off, thanks mate

Thanks for posting the shots of the K6 Chris .
As for the cost of the ss swingarm 240 kits they now are just over 9k thanks to the strong Aus doller.
The mufflers on the blade are a one off set with many hours involved,to make another set you would be looking at $1600 and $1400 with just two mufflers and it would be a 4 week turn around.
Phil to sell them seperatly i will have to get back to you on a price.
the exhaust headers are standard and have been HPC coated ,l wanted to keep the exup valve system and so modified from there back.
Slain i will send you some pics soon.

Thanks mate. If you have pics and prices as well as general dimensions of those mufflers, i'd be keen to check them out.
I'm looking to do something a little different with the zorst on the K1 but will see what the bucks will be before I get too excited.

Thanks for the link Si, but there was nothing I could find on the blade system, maybe I didnt look hard enough.

Hey Slain
We are currently working on another 954 blade not a fighter , but we are doing a custom exhaust for it. This will be a cheaper option if it works,l can not show you a pic yet, but l hope to have it done this time next week.

Chris - we plan to start making more of the mufflers seen on our 954 fighter, then we can make a custom exhaust for your bike (or any bike) in the same style
