There is thread already running "show us ya shed" but curious to know what size area you have and within reason what you would have if you could have.
Have currently budgeted on a 6x9 workshop with a double carport on the end, look forward to it. For a wee bit more I can go 8x12 but will stretch the budget a bit. I want 10 and 15 amp outlets and three phase. The slab will be engineered to accept the loading of a large lathe and mill. Lots of lighting and a coonarra in the corner.
Have got 20 -25k set aside for my man cave but interested to see how others have gone in shed building and fulfilling the desires.

Bloody fuck. predictive text strikes again. How do I change the title?

i have a 6mx6m twin roller titan with entry door. Was bare empty when i moved into my house. Set up with 5 10 amp and 3 15 amp power points with its own sub panel. 9 4ft twin 36w fluro lights. To be honest, not enough power points in my opinion, gonna get another 4 10amp and 2 15amp put in soon.
Also the whole shed is just too small. I have one project car and two fighters and with shelving, benches etc i have run out of room. I did use an area of 1.2 x 2.4 m for a toilet and sink as i got sick of walking in the house. I also have a bit of man cave shit like beer table, stools and petrol bowser but still strugling for room.
Going to extend it another 6x3m out the back and a 6 x 6 car port out the front which whill be a good overall size for my projects i reackon (baring in mind i dont have lathe etc).
As for the cost, depending on your level of outfit, i think you will struggle to bring it in under budget. Below are jsut some of my current costs (after being a tight bastard and hounding ebay etc)
Flooring: $300
Benches and shelving: $800 roughly
Lighting: $140 (bargain!!)
Electrical work: $500 off the top of my head
Internal walling: $400

My garage is just over 6m long and 7m wide. I can just fit my ute in the garage. If I had the room I would have built it another metre longer.

my plans for after i move to bairnsdale and buy a place will be to have a 5 car with 4 bays and a workshop... that way i can fit 2 project cars, my ute, a bay for motorbikes, and a workshop area.... that is kind of just a dream though.

6m x 9m (3 bay)
2.7 roof not 2.4m

Too small.

Mrs and I both want to be out of the city in 4 years max.
Then I can have anything I can get passed and afford.

Yeah but this is probably more of a wish list or comments on your current standing rather than just pictures of accumulated crap.

10 X 7, it has three bays, the end bay is sectioned off with air con and a ceiling. Cars fit in front 2 bays, bikes in the back. It cost about $20k about 8 years ago. If i done it again I'd go another metre or two longer.

just got excavated today.....13.4m wide by 7m deep and 4m high :D

It can't be finished quick enough. Once I finish putting all the machinery in there, I will only have enough for two car's and a bike or two :( If only I could have gone bigger but I was limited by council requirements
