TK couldn't make his ride and killed it , So interest in a ride in Vic to match the AFR ?

To make if reasonbly friendly (as possable) to all concerned in Vic maybe a sort of central camp spot ?
In the hills with twisty roads n stuff. The majority of ASF Vic riders seem to be in or about melb, So I was thinking a Departure point down there. Say somewhere the road will get interesting like Healesville ? Then head Up to Kevinton pub for a ale stop somewhere for a overnighter at a pub then run back the next day.

I'd ride down to melb to meet up with the group. This is not a club ride just a bunch going out for a friendly squirt on roads fun for riders but it would be done a a fun but relaxed pace. Everyone should ride for fun, I ride like a little old lady so no one will be slower than me. Inexperianced and or pillion friendly ,road rockets welcome but show some care riding like a cock will be frowned upon.

Show of limbs for interest please.

Wheelies are encouraged, AFR is Fri 30th to Sun 1st I thought A run Sat 31st from Healesville up through the hills and back down again Sunday 1st would make it easyer for people to fit in with work etc. Leave in the morning say about 10 ish to make it easyer for people like yourself to get to the start point without being up at 4 am etc.

If we leave at 10 am we have 2 h 30 min to kevington at the speed limit so lunch at kev pub would be a nice stop. If we then head to Euroa thats about another 2 hours to the pub , not that I'm seting a path in stone . Very happy for someone to sujest another route/stops. Havent checked with pubs as yet for rooms etc but will soon.

Sounds good Adam. If we're heading towards Mansfield, we should head up to Mt Buller too. Always wanted to go when it wasn't snowing, the road isn't bad going up the mountain either.

This thread seems to be dying quite quickly. So does this mean that out of all the ASF members and friends in Vic, no one is up for a ride for a weekend?

With the lack of interest and missing the supers due to work comitments, been putting serious thought into AFR trip but work will prob fuck that up to, can leave thursday as I now have fridays off but must be back to work 7am monday morn. Sort of kills it for me. Just put my hand up for a F250 project ,so have to sell the hontard and a few pit bikes to make room for the new beast and will soke up the last of my spare cash. Then to put a final nail in the AFR coffin I just told the boss I'm shitted off with working for a retard, so might be a job change very soon.

Your guess is as good as mine, think I might just have to pull my head in stay at home and work my ass off to get the gimp project done by NFR as there is no way in hell I'm missing the best ride of the year for me.
