How thick should the axle plates be ?

Whilst I wait patiently for Ozzy to finish the jig I thought I'd start planning the axle plates for the dragstar s/arm.

How thick do they need to be ?

You need to know what grade of material it'll be made from before you can say what thickness to make it...

Steel A isn't the same as Steel B.

No thinner than three Kraft singles put together. I would suggest you don't actually use cheese, but if you do, I'd probably double it.
