You're not scared of the FAQ section are you mate? It's linked to at the top of every forum page - all those kind of answer are there just do a search.

But, just to save you time and use mine instead :p, go to your SETTINGS link at the top right, then on the page that comes up look for GENERAL SETTINGS in the left hand column. Scroll down to TIME ZONE and I bet you're living somewhere other than Australia.
