I was out with a few bikes up at Mt Glorious and having too much fun. We were all mucking around racing each other when the corner started getting tight, the 20klm ones near the top. Because I was in the lead I wanted to push hard through this section to get away. Anyhow the pegs started scraping so I found myself lifting my foot of the pegs so there was no wieght on them. But as I was taking the right hand bends I could hear something else scraping besides the peg. Not too worried about it, I push on until the tree hut coffee shop. When I had a look round the bike, I notice my back brake lever was slightly grounded away and was also bent.

Auto rear brake bias , interesting way to load up the rear and improve your low speed corners lol

Yeah rear set would fix the problem but the bike is just so comfortable to ride. So might have to get another bike for fun and fighter it. Although I was off the tire a couple times so pretty well can't go further.

I had a similar problem with my GSX1400, but it was scraping the side stand on left hand bends, and scraping engine mounts on right hand bends. I was doing the same as you, weight off the peg so it can fold up when it starts to scrape.
