Yeeeeaaaah my drive way is seriously steep, rolled of the kickstand and hit the wall then slid a good meter :( i want to make it look nice eventually but priority is getting it back on the road asap.

Just leave it in second mate, and fuck the gears off...guarantee u will have fun everywhere ya go...lol. Nah ya should be able to get another shifter pretty easily. How badly shagged are the fairings??

main front fairing is cracked up and the H bracket is bent to fuck. Not worth the time and effort restoring it. true that about second, would be shite not having anywhere to put my feet though
gear lever is ok its the foot peg bracket its snapped off (any one know if it would be dear to get it welded?).
my plans atm are get it road safe, then get a cool mask or some dominator headlights and some dirty bars when i have the money.

where bouts are ya mate, there are plenty of very talented blokes on this site that are more than capable of welding that.

Could be an easier option to go for some Thai rear sets. I've got a set on mine over here:

They are 954 rear sets, but the holes line up pretty much (I had to ream the holes out 1mm or so).

yer im in tassie :(. another problem is mounting the speedo, i have no space for the thing with my current dirtbike mask. just a lil info i don't have the tools to really make any brackets up for the bike.
