How legal are 7/11's in Qld ?

Are 7/11's legal and legit ?

I know there's a few about that seem to have no drama's,
everything from Kat's to GSXR's.

Can they have a compliance / mod plate ?

Do they need one ?

Is there a % you can go up in engine size / CC's before
it sets off alarm bell's with inspections ?

I know there's quite a few turbo Busa's about but I've never
seen one with a mod plate, are 7/11's in a similar boat ?

Just playing with idea's.

my bike was originally built in queensland 7/11 it's gota qld mod plate...a few years ago tony..but hope this helps

Hey Tone here's one I Built from the ground up back around 1994 When I owned BIKEFIX in Lawnton (note the sticker on the steering head) can't quite remember exact dates, beer was cheaper back then lol

If you want to retain a 750 engine number then use crankcases from a 750J/K or GSX750F teapot. These crankcases will take an 1100 crankshaft as the main bearing journal diameter is the same from memory, although I'll check the part numbers tomorrow.
1052 cylinder blocks will fit the crankcases, although to fit 1127/1157 cylinder blocks will need the crankcases opening up. You can effectively build a hybrid 1371cc motor into a set of crankcases which still bear a 750 engine number.
I'm currently building a 750M motor which I've bigbored to 1003cc using 750J/K cylinder block fitted with shortened B12 sleeves, and Carrillo rods and 09 Busa pistons, with the 750J/K DOT head. All the stud spacings are the same acros all the oilcooled motors.
