I beat Ben on Judge- (I didn't even see which way he went but he redlighted and rules are rules)
I beat Darren and fucking enjoyed that, but to be fair if we swapped bikes, the difference would be much greater.
I beat Ivan (I think on the run he posted above) but I'm not bragging about that cause he was on a 750....but fuck it was fun on the big Kwaka as we ran him down.

I was getting 133-135mph trap speeds, but only 11.2 ET's so the bike is certainly capable...the rider needs some tuning but.

btw did anyone smell 2 stroke during the drags?

I put about 50ml of R30 in the tank and I could smell it when Ben had a go.

After puytting it in the ute, the Spondon and the ZX12, I reckon its the way to go now.

My 2 bikes Turbo Gsxr/b12 10.83 @132mphGsxr7/11w 11.25 @ 116mphI got to say that the 10.83 was the slowest feeling but fastest time I have ever done. For a turbo bike it feels real slow. I never expected so much hp could feel so docile

I musta done 20 laps yesdy but there were some fuckups with the timing (Shano did 9.99 on his stock Bandit engined 7/12 !?!?!?!) so I only got half a dozen timeslips.
The best of them says 11.27 (from an 1127cc bike!) @ 118 with a 1.86 60', I could have gone a lot quicker/faster because I'm fucking tops but due to the useless shitbox GSXR always fucking up my starts ;) probly didn't crack it for a 10.
Beaten by Large... oh the shame :( gunna need extensive therapy to get over that one.
What a great way to spend a Satdy ! Put me down for next year as long as that fucking troublemaker Nudieboy isn't coming

I can't wait to go again, now that i know my gearbox and clutch are up to the job.
Harder off the line and i might get another 10th, i hope anyway.
More boost maybe(kaboom):D

When's the next meet? I wanna book it in.

I only got about 3 slips for the day. Gotta admit Darren you were good to watch at the start line. Your burn outs and launches were 'loose' to say the least

My best was a 11.52.

But unlike anyone else who was having issues with traction off the line, I had the opposite problem, i couldn't keep the R1 to keep its nose on the ground for the launch.

First outing with the turbo on the GSX1100, was very happy with my best of 11.17@134mph and that with rolling on wheelstands in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Planning at this stage to head back in Jan, after a longer swingarm id fitted. And yes TK your riding is like your arse, very, very loose.

I was blown away by the new guy's performance! Darren had one of the loudest bikes there and he's new to road bikes, but didn't he make that thing move! He won the trophy at the end of the day as well. Good on ya mate!

Ben's face after riding your bike would have me locking your bike up more securely now mate. He 'kin loved it. Still think the smiliest face of the weekend went to Ivan though, and rightly so, that bike was running to perfection!

A massive thanks to Greg as well for bringing the extra bike for me and then not being able to ride it (plus all the other guys that offered). Huddo had a fuckin' ball on that 14 mate.

Hey Si,

Tried to send you a PM, but don't think it worked as wasn't saved in my sent box. Is the Jeremy Hansord Bragging Board being placed back on the new site? Or is it already on here and I'm just not looking in right place?

I'm still smiling, i had a blast.
I wanna go faster, might have to turn the boost up to bring it more inline with the bigger cc bikes. Gotta work on my launches too.

I'm thinking of extending my swinging arm and changing the bars to be able to launch off the line better

Man that mph is awesome, bummer we didn't line each other up. Although I was only able to find 3 time slips cause I think other were grabbing both copies of their runs (oh well) I did a best of 11.17 at 123mph. Felt good giving the rod a good shafting :P

Fastet ticket I got was 11.112 @131mph.
Consistant 11.1's....Not bad for a novice and a NA trackbike...........yep I'm pretty happy wif meself!

Fastest time was 11.13 @ 129. Best speed was 130. on the zx10
On the bussa 10.79 @ 132. spinning across the finish.
Two observations- streetfighters don't make good drag bikes-- too much time on the back wheel - but was great fun.
long wheelbase is no good on a green track- wheelspin the whole length of the track also good fun.
Can't wait for the next one
With so many bikes running low 11s we could have a heads up class
cheers Bones

I did a 10.79 @ 137 with a pretty dismal 2.12 60ft on judge, & a 10.8 @ 129 on Larges ZX12. Time to get the drag bike going again methinks...

That's a pretty good mph Ben. I reckon you could get a very low 10 with a sub 2sec 60 foot. After reading how good a time you guys have had on this weekend, I'm keen to get out to WSID again. Especially with this cool weather we're having at the moment.

If this event is going to turn into an annual thing, I will definately be there next year!!

Very clear pic and sound, may have to trade in my early hero , and kicking myself not to bring it

Race day is like that Ivan, too much time in line waiting to run

Si it was bad luck you couldn't ride that day , Good that Huddo put the 14 to use , be one of its last outings NA
Getting blown in the new year :)

As I said Greg, I really appreciated the offer mate, thanks heaps. I'm still not right now and have to see a specialist, but I'll live. Just shits me it happened the day before the event!

Huddo was raving about that 14. He kept saying his launches were shithouse as he wasn't familiar with the bike, but he always beat the other guy over the line. He loved it.
