inserting image?

ok i know the site has changed... but jesus christ!!!
now i can't post an image.

it's on photobucket
i hit the image tab
copy the url like always (like the old site)
and it tells me invaid url... starting to get the shit's (only starting)

any ideas?

Im not very smart with these 'puters... but....

I use imageshack

You can use any image hoster you want. The piece of code you want should look like this:
