Go to this page (it's your user options page): http://www.streetfighters.com.au/profile.php?do=editoptions
Down the bottom, the 2nd last and 3rd last options should be set to:
Message Editor Interface: Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
Enhanced Attachment Uploading: Enhanced Attachment Uploading on
Then when you reply to a topic, look for these 2 buttons:

the left one lets you add photos (and if you've done the above 2 options, you can add multiple at once, etc) and the right button lets you embed videos from all the major video sites...
