Same as the Bandit 12,
The nicer "carb'd" bike had no chance of getting through the latest
Euro/California spec's, and away from those who appreciate the classics,
some buyers see bikes a few years old as dated and want "the latest".

I'd still rather have a Green ELR ZRX11 or 12 than a "DAEG".

A 2008 Bandit is a far better bike than a '96 Bandit ON PAPER,
ride both and see which one puts the biggest grin on your face.
Im my dumb opinion, not everything evolves for the better.

At least it's not dying off, so you can still get one, fit a PCIII and strip off all the emissions garbage.

I loved mine, but they have done something to it, it just doesn't look right anymore?

it seems to me most muscle bikes have gone limp
thats why i bought the last of the carbed XJR's

more fun
Less is not more with a muscle bike and its costing more and more to beat the emission regs

Best model was the 03 - followed by the 08. All the others just don't look right. Getting the retro look is a hard balance. I love these bikes but everyone from 04-07 just look ghey and try hard. Not sold on this latest evolution. The lines get lost in the solid black.

Sorry, I like it.

I was really torn between a ZRX12 when i ended up with my used bandit. That motor is a killer. Maximus Torque. The bandit was roomier and that was all that sold it(plus it was cheap!).

If they keep the price reasonable and in Bandit territory i would be tempted. They have been dearer in the past. I find that sexier than the new Bandit.

They do need a green.........but i would take the black.

i think i like it too, the jury is still out though, i would have to see one in the metal,

just bought myself a 2000 model ZRX1100 eddie replica so you could say i am a bit biassed,

i'll post some photos soon of the new purchase, so far i'm loving it and enjoyed my ride down to long flat last weekend, photos of that also on there way
